- To start driving, you must be at the legal age and have a valid United Kingdom (UK) provisional driving licence for Category B vehicles.
- Qualified drivers must have a valid full driving licence. For example to take Motorway, Refresher or Pass Plus lessons.
- Before driving you must meet the minimum distance eyesight check. Learn more at gov.uk/driving-eyesight-rules
- If you have a lessons booked and you wish to cancel it, please give you instructor at least 48 hours notice. Lessons can be cancelled by telephone.
- If you have an arranged lesson and your instructor arrives on time, if you do not show your they will wait for 10 minutes. After this period of time they will leave and you are likely to have to pay for the lesson.
- Your instructor will always aim to be on time. However, if any unforeseen circumstances occur such as a breakdown, accident or traffic congestion, the lessons time may need to be altered or cancelled.
- Lessons must be paid for immediately after or before each lesson either by cash or bank transfer direct to your instructor.
- You must be fit and safe to drive before each lesson.
- You must be at a satisfactory standards to take the driving test. If not, your instructor has the right to refuse use of their car for the practical test.
